Bean Family Farms grew from our family’s experience operating Creekside Pet Boarding, where we’ve spent years providing daycare, boarding, grooming, and training for pets throughout San Luis Obispo County. Over time, our vision expanded beyond traditional pet care as we began transforming the property into a true “farm stay” experience for pets — creating open spaces, enrichment opportunities, fresh-air play yards, and a peaceful farm-like environment designed to help dogs feel more relaxed, engaged, and at home while their families are away.

As the farm around Creekside continued to grow with chickens, ponies, gardens, and other animals, so did our passion for sharing those experiences with the community. Today, that same commitment to animal care, enrichment, hospitality, and family connection continues through Bean Family Farms, Central Coast Ponies & Friends Events, Rent-A-Hatch educational programs, our farm stand, and farm-fresh products.
